We pride ourselves on providing the best quality glass for all of our customers balustrade needs. With many more people choosing decking for their home, it is important to choose the right custom glass balustrade for their home. Here at Marvin and Pinch are more than happy to assist.

Marvin and Pinch specialise in both frameless glass stair balustrades and toughened laminate glass for staircases and can provide these to both residential and commercial environments. We also provide all of the component hardware and fixings needed to put your balustrade in place.

How do I get a price for a bespoke glass project?
In order for us to price and provide a quote, we ideally need to know a few key points;

What is the Custom Glass being used for?
Do you require a made to measure shower enclosure or door, internal glass partition, glass balustrade or a custom mirror for example?

What are the total opening dimensions (tight sizes) of the space the Bespoke Glass will be installed?
We have a variety of measuring templates for shower screens and configurations; if a partition or balustrade is required, what are the overall lengths and heights required.

Where are you located for delivery or installation of your Glass Project?
This is important as we operate in the south of England and we're not a national business, so in order to not needlessly take up your time and ours it's best to know if we can assist at your location. The following link has a list of locations we do cover. Delivery Locations and Information.

Do you have a preference for the Glass Component or Hardware finishes; chrome, matte black, satin brass for example?
For shower based projects there are a large range of finishes available of the components and hardware, hinges, handles etc and the prices and availability can vary. Equally for partition and balustrade glass we can source multiple finishes for a number of scenarios.

We suggest emailing over a sketch or images/photos to help us orientate in the space, to aid us in understanding what you're hoping to achieve. We can then assist in guiding you through the practicalities and options. We will allow for the fitting tolerances based on your overall sizes, an elevation is produced for sign off once an order is placed.

How do I order?
To order your glass balustrades stairs, please get in contact with us via phone call or email to discuss your requirements. Once we know what you are looking for, we can get your order processed for you and get things moving forward.
If you are based in the South West, we may even be able to offer a site survey and installation service.
What areas do you cover?
Marvin and Pinch cover a number of different areas in the southern areas of the UK. We can supply glass only to the following areas: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London, Kent, parts of Essex and Buckinghamshire.
We also deliver to a number of other counties.  Whilst some counties are supply only, we do offer a site survey and installation service in the South West of the UK.
Can I have different coloured glass?
Yes, we do offer many different types of glass and some come in different colours. We have a variety of tinted glass – just contact us to find discuss your needs for your glass stairs balustrades.
Do I need a handrail with my staircase?
A staircase should have a handrail on one side if less than one metre wide or on both sides if wider than this. If a balustrade guards a fall of over a certain height, it should have either a handrail or use laminated glass of sufficient strength.
How long is delivery?
Our average time to process is around 7-10 days.

I was searching on line for bespoke shower glass for a refurbished ensuite and by chance came across Marvin and Pinch. What a superb service I received! From the onset of my enquiry, Joe from sales could not have been more helpful giving me expert advice on my requirements. Because I was fitting the glass myself, nothing was left to chance and I received both tight fit and tolerance based elevation diaagrams to ensure things were right before cutting was agreed. Marvin and Pinch supplied a glass partition and door for a new shower enclosure. The product is of high quality and M&P were great to deal with. They provided the builder with very clear instructions and the product shipped exactly when expected. I recently had to order a new door seal and Joe dealt with my questions around this really well. I paid in the afternoon of one day and the new seal arrived the next day - definitely exceeded my expectations.

My challenge was to find a bath/shower screen for a low-ceiling bathroom. Most of the off-the-shelf products are at least 1400mm high and wouldn't have fitted, so I began an online hunt for a company that could advise on and supply a custom-made solution for my L-shaped bath.Joe at Marvin & Pinch was very patient in dealing with my particular requirements, and advised on how the screen should be fitted. None of the other firms I contacted came close to this level of help prior to any decision to buy, and I have no hesitation in recommending the company highly. Moreover, pricing was very competitive.Their website bears testimony to the wide range of non-standard glass design challenges the company has undertaken.

Great product, the shower glass and components look great in my new loft bathroom. Joe from sales was very patient and kept answering my queries throughout the process and provided quotations promptly. I supplied my own measurements and they would come back to you to confirm if the measurements are accurate or not. Driver was also super helpful and provided the delivering timings in advance.

Excellent service and products from Marvin and Pinch. I basically over spec’d my shower head which meant water was going everywhere. Joe spent time ensuring I got the right product to fix the problem which was a small flipper panel on a full size pivot hinge turning a full 180 degrees into and out of the shower. He helped me with the measurements and ensured I got it right. Excellent delivery despite Covid 19 and delighted with the finished result. Thank you Joe, I will highly recommend Marvin and Pinch.
