Our Delivery or 'Lead Times' are 14 days from Order as supply only, 14-21 days if you require a measure onsite first or 21-30 days for Supply and Installation.


Is this glass 'toughened' glass?

Yes, All of our glass is a specialist glass chosen for safety in a shower environment and is toughened to the British Standard: BSEN 12150


Can I purchase larger than your maximum size online?

Yes, we offer a great bespoke range of glass up to 3200mm in height and 2000mm in width but please call for assistance when ordering this.


Is this product available in any other Thickness?

Yes, our glass is available in 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. You can find 10mm thickness shower glass panels here and 12mm thickness shower glass panels here.


What is the Minimum and Maximum glass size I can order?

The minimum width is 200mm and the maximum width is 1500mm the maximum height you can order is 2800mm


I don’t want a toughening stamp on the face of the glass, what are my options?

All glass comes with a toughening stamp which can be placed on the edge of the glass, this can then be hidden within U Channel for example. If you want the toughening stamp to be placed on a specific edge, please let us know exactly where you need it placed. All glass is toughened to the British Standard EN 12150 as legally required.


Can I collect the glass?

Of course you can collect your glass, we have a warehouse based in Chippenham just off of junction 17 of the M4. The exact location and address is included in the 'ready for collection' email sent to you once the glass is in a ready for you.


How is my glass delivered?

Your glass will be delivered by one of our own drivers or via a trusted third party courier. The glass is 'naked', this means there is no external packaging, this cuts down on cost and wastage. The vans are specially racked to carry glass, and when your glass arrives a signature will be required to ensure you are happy with the condition of the glass. It is important you take your time inspecting the glass, as once the glass is signed for we're unable to accept liability for any defects.


Who delivers my glass?

Our glass is delivered and handled by our own experienced drivers to most locations. However we do on occasion use a trusted third party courier which specialises in the delivery of fragile goods. You will be notified of a date of intention for delivery, and on the day itself you will be kept up to date regarding the arrival time.


Can I have my components delivered separately to my glass?

Yes this is possible, and a very common request. There is a typical £10.20 inc VAT charge for delivery on order values under £40.

The benefit of having components dispatched ahead of the glass arriving is that you're able to get a head start on installing any U Channel.


Where is my glass made?

All our glass is processed here in the UK by our trusted partners and suppliers. All glass is toughened to the British Standard EN 12150 as legally required. All glass comes with a toughening stamp which is either placed on the face or edge of the glass.


When will my glass arrive?

Glass times vary, but approximately are some following timescales;

14 days for Supply only from order

14-21 days for Measure and Supply from order

21-30 days for Supply and Install from order
